Vaccine Policy
As of January 4, 2022, the enhanced vaccine certificate with an official QR code will be required to access certain businesses and organizations, including The WFCU Centre. Vaccine receipts without a QR code will no longer be accepted as valid proof of vaccination.
**PLEASE NOTE THAT WE MUST BE ABLE TO SCAN YOUR QR CODE**
Access your QR code certificate from the provincial vaccine portal HERE.
You can also call the Provincial Vaccine Contact Centre at 1-833-943-3900 to have your enhanced vaccine certificate emailed or mailed to you.
You can save the electronic version of your enhanced vaccine certificate with a QR code to your phone or print a paper copy. You will need to continue to show a piece of government-issued identification with your name and date of birth along with your proof of vaccination.
Did you receive one or more of your doses outside of Ontario?
If you received one or more doses of the COVID-19 vaccine out of province, contact your local public health unit. Find your local health unit HERE. They will verify and record your vaccination records in COVaxON.
If you do not have an Ontario health card, they can provide you with a unique passcode called a COVID ID.
Once recorded, you will be able to obtain an enhanced vaccine certificate through the COVID-19 vaccination provincial portal or by calling the Provincial Vaccine Contact Centre (PVCC) at 1-833-943-3900. The contact center agent can email you a secure URL so you can access your vaccine certificate.
Additionally, for out-of-province visitors, vaccine receipts/certificates from their home country or province/state, along with their passport, are permitted to be used as proof to enter. The Verify Ontario app can also scan QR codes from select jurisdictions outside of Canada.

**PLEASE NOTE THAT WE MUST BE ABLE TO SCAN YOUR QR CODE**
- DO NOT alter the appearance of your certificate. Only the enhanced vaccine certificate with a scannable QR code, along with valid government ID, will be accepted for entry into The WFCU Centre.
- Vaccine certificates can be laminated but it may impact the readability of QR code.
- QR code may not be readable is worn or torn.
- Ensure that any information you provide is complete and accurate.
