WFCU Centre Box Office

Tickets to all events at the WFCU Centre can be purchased in person on event days only beginning at 11:00am at the Box Office located at the main gate inside the WFCU Centre.

Ticket sales are also available 24 hours a day online at www.wfcu-centre.com 

Box Office Hours

On all event days, the box office is open until at least 30 minutes after the event begins. 

During the first 'on sale' day for each event, the box office must assist all customers who are purchasing tickets for that specific event first. Those customers who are purchasing tickets for other events must wait until the 'on-sale' line has been served.

Acceptable payment methods include:

• Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover
  
• Debit
• Cash

Personal cheques will NOT be accepted.

🎟️ How Digital Ticket Delivery Works

If you chose Digital Delivery, your tickets will be delivered digitally to your email address — no paper tickets are required.

It’s quick and easy:

1. Check Your Email. 
2. You will receive an email with a link to access your tickets.
3. Add Tickets to Your Phone.
4. Open the email on your smartphone and follow the instructions to add your tickets to your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.
5. Use Your Phone to Enter.
6. When you arrive at the event, simply open the tickets in your digital wallet and present the barcode on your phone to be scanned for entry.

👥 Want to Send Your Tickets to Someone Else?

No problem! If someone else will be using your tickets, you can transfer them directly to that person from your ticket account. (please note you can not transfer tickets from your digital wallet.

Simply log in to your ticket account, select the tickets you would like to transfer, and enter the recipient’s information. They will receive an email with instructions to accept the tickets and add them to their own digital wallet.

Helpful Tip: We recommend adding your tickets to your digital wallet before arriving at the venue. This makes getting into the event faster and easier.

REFUND POLICY

There are no refunds or exchanges for tickets purchased at the Box Office, at any outlets, online or via the phone. In the event of a show cancellation, all ticket fees and/or charges may not be refunded.

REPRINT POLICY

In the event that your tickets are misplaced, lost, or stolen, you will be subject to a reprint fee per ticket that is reissued at the box office. Windsor Spitfires ticket holders needing tickets reprinted will be charged a $2.00 per ticket fee, while all other events are subject to a $3.50 per ticket fee. Tickets can only be printed day of event.
